    Fight powerful cravings with weak willpower (willpower relies on thoughts) is a recipe for failure and frustration.  And relying on willpower and thinking is the reason so many weight loss efforts fail.

    My method uses the principles first discovered by Russian scientist Ivan Pavlov in 1927.  It’s based on neural connections and classical conditioning.

    My first few attempts to modify Pavlov’s methods (his methods were NOT intended for this purpose) worked well for a few people, but… it took many, many repetitions. Most people simply wouldn’t put the time in and the “homework”.
